lowfat chicken broth -- Healthy Request,

garlic powder -- to suit
1 teaspoon
seasoned salt -- Lawrys -- to suit

brown rice

onion -- sliced

mushroom pieces
Spray 6 by 12 pan with Pam. Mix Rice, mushroom pieces and onion together. Pour
in bottom of pan. Place haddock or cod on rice. . Pour broth over fish, sprinkle
with seasonings. Cover with aluminum foil and bake two hours at 350º.
